Refund Policy

14-day refund window
Unused credits purchased within the past 14 days can be refunded in full. Email support@your-domain.com from the email address on the account.
Used credits
We do not refund credits that have been consumed by successful API calls. If a call fails for any reason, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance — you should never be charged for a failed call.
Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We respond within one business day and can almost always resolve issues directly.
