Terms of Service

Acceptable use

You may NOT, directly or indirectly:

• Use any programmatic or automated means to extract, scrape, or collect outputs from the Service in bulk.
• Use outputs from the Service to train, fine-tune, distill, or otherwise build a competing machine-learning model, whether for your own use or for distribution.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to discover the internal prompts, model weights, configuration, or other proprietary components of the Service.
• Operate multiple accounts to circumvent free-trial limits, rate limits, or per-account usage caps.

Violation of any of the above is grounds for immediate suspension without refund and may result in additional legal remedies.

Credits and refunds

Credits do not expire. Unused credits are not refundable as cash except as described in the Refund Policy.

Data

We may store and use the text you submit and the text we generate to operate and improve the Service, including to train and evaluate our models, as described in our Privacy Policy. We also retain request metadata (timestamps, input length, status, and security signals) for billing, abuse detection, and support.
